Alice - Hass avocado farmer from Kenya

Updated: May 11, 2021

While browsing through our industry reports and farm start-up guides, Alice discovered that she could telefarm Hass avocados on her 2-acre farm in Kakamega Kenya. For a while, she had been searching for a farming idea that she could implement on her farm remotely while she concentrated on her other engagements in Nairobi. Her avocado trees are 8 months old now. She has plans to expand and venture into mango and passion fruit farming.
